Refund policy

All shirts are made to order, so please check the sizing charts provided before purchasing. We want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, we want to reduce as much waste as possible. If you have questions before your purchase, please get in touch with customer service. 


If you are unhappy with your purchase or there is a defect, we offer a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  


We may request photographic proof of items/packaging for defects or order errors to substantiate your claim. This will allow us to inform our printer/shipper immediately. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping.


Once we receive the garment and it’s been inspected, we will process requests for an exchange or a refund. Please consider a tracked service, as exchange/refund will only be given on items that arrive back to us safely. No refund will be given for returned items lost in transit. 

Note: The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
